Paraprofessional with Seminole County Public Schools (2005-2020). Current ESOL (English to Speakers of other Languages) Paraprofessional with Volusia County Public Schools from 2020-present. Private tutor from 2015-2020 in Beginner and Intermediate Spanish, Language Arts and Elementary Math. I have worked with Pre-K through elementary ages with various academic subjects for several years, as well as middle and high school students. I truly enjoy teaching in small groups, and one on one tutoring, which allows me to interact with my students more personally and efficiently. My favorite grades and subjects include, Kindergarten through 3rd, English, Reading, Writing, Phonics, Social Studies, Science and Spanish. As an ESOL Paraprofessional and tutor, I have worked with a diverse student population, which has given me the ability to better understand and use different teaching styles to meet the needs of my students. My goals as an educator are to encourage students to develop a love of learning, while increasing their overall confidence and academic success at school.
