I never officially tutored but I have been helping students K-8 with general math, science, reading writing, social studies and test prep. I specialize in reading, writing and United States history. I received my IB Diploma from high school and earned a score of 5 on both of my AP Literature tests. I want to tutor to help students be successful and also see it as a fantastic way to help pay for my university tuition, so I can eventually teach high school history and earn my doctorate in United States History. I have been teaching and tutoring for over four years.

Hi there! I'm Haylie. I am currently earning my degree in History from the University of Central Florida. I have always known I wanted to teach, but couldn't decide between literature, English or history, but history won out in the end. I have also taught horseback riding and girl's gymnastics! I love reading and watching reruns of The Office and Seinfeld. I enjoy going to the beach and love going to Disney World (I even worked there for a while!) Education and learning have always been my passion, and I love helping people learn and succeed in school and life!
